Meet the chefs
Caroline was brought up in North Wales and trained in rural Ireland in 2009 at Ballymaloe under Rachel and Darina Allen amongst others. It was during the course she learnt the importance of fresh ingredients and local produce. Caroline still enjoys getting her hands dirty in the kitchen but finds with the growth of Anson and Curtis, she now spends most of her time organising and running our events.
Elizabeth grew up in London with a wooden spoon in her hand. In 2010 she completed the Intermediate term of Leiths School of Food and Wine where she consolidated her skills and learned to refine flavour combinations. Elizabeth is found in the kitchen leading our team of freelance chefs while developing new and exciting menu ideas.
